Chatporter is implementing innovative projects co-financed by the European Union, aimed at developing cutting-edge communication technologies based on artificial intelligence. The current projects are presented below.
Development of the RCS AI Assistant Management Portal for Service Operators and Their B2B Clients, in Cooperation with Orange Polska
Implemented under the program “Development of Start-ups through the Deeptech Accelerator”, carried out by the Podkarpackie Innovation Center (PCI) and financed by the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 (FENG) program.

The goal of the project is to create a portal for RCS AI Assistant service operators to manage the service, as well as a portal for business clients, enabling easy configuration and use of the RCS AI Assistant service.
The project’s target group includes RCS service operators, particularly telecom operators, as well as their business clients, who will gain access to a modern, AI-based communication tool.

Within the project framework, UX/UI concepts, system architecture, backend and frontend components will be developed, along with functional and implementation testing.
The outcome of the project will be a fully functional portal that enables operators and their business clients to use a modern, conversational AI-based communication channel. The solution will enhance the competitiveness of Polish deeptech technologies and contribute to the development of intelligent services in the telecommunications sector.
